The JCI Bandora Marcaim organised a self defense session for their student girls. Advocate Ms Alfiya from Mission Nirbhaya and certified Taekwondo teacher, was invited. They were thrilled with the idea, and wanted to learn how to defend their self in a hostile environment. But how could they defend themselves? MMA
